Ashdown Elementary

I am writing to express my enthusiasm for my new role as Ashdown Elementary Principal.  I am honored to serve the Ashdown school community in my new role.  Most of you probably already know me or have heard of me.  I have been in the district for two years as the assistant principal of the junior high school. With 14 years of experience in education, a passion for fostering academic excellence, and a dedication to creating a nurturing and inclusive school environment,

I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the Ashdown school community.  As a married parent of two children, I understand the critical role that education has played in my own children’s lives. 

I am committed to the idea that all children at Ashdown Elementary feel valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their full potential.  We will be a school that will help prepare our students to be lifelong learners and will focus on character development as well. 

I look forward to helping lead Ashdown Elementary School into the next phase of success!
